Return & Exchange Policy
- Unworn/unwashed garments can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with their original receipt & tag.
- No exchanges/refunds/claims can be made on discounted products/Clearance Sale.
- If any item purchased at full price goes on discount sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.
- All prices are fixed and inclusive of taxes.
- No cash refund will be made and product can be only exchanged following the terms and conditions mentioned.
- Exchange for footwear and accessories will not be entertained due to hygienic reasons.
- Read care label inside the garments carefully to avoid mishandling during washing.
- All Goods are subject to stock availability.
- The company reserves the right to refuse any order at any time.
Special Instructions For Online purchases:
- If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, return the product to our store or send back to our office by courier using your account after approval and get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 14 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 14 days of purchase.
- Online Store Credit means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase.
- Items will be sent back after request is approved through courier. Shipping costs will not be part of the exchange or claim.
Shipping costs will only be refunded for online purchases if:
- The item was damaged when received by the customer.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- When free shipping is offered in any promotions.
In all other cases you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
- An alternative is to exchange the product at Hang Ten store if you can visit our store.
- Online orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, please email us or leave a message on social media platforms for order cancellation.
